Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA) partnered with us to develop an ongoing series of quarterly update videos. These corporate update videos are crucial for keeping their clients informed about the latest market trends, including mergers and acquisitions. The production setup includes two Sony cameras, a producer, and a  production assistant (PA). By using a multi-camera setup, we capture dynamic footage that allows for smoother transitions in post-production and ensures the best takes are used. Additionally, we make use of a teleprompter to enhance script delivery and maintain the accuracy of the information presented.

    Filming takes place at Studio97, where we utilize a green screen setup. This allows us to composite background images of CCA’s office in post-production. Filming in a controlled studio environment not only enhances video quality but also minimizes disruptions at CCA’s headquarters. We utilize a teleprompter so the CCA team can focus on their delivery rather than memorization, as these scripts are dense with content and statistics. The two-camera setup provides flexibility in editing by offering different angles for cutaways and transitions, making the final product visually engaging.

  • Post-Production:

    Our post-production process is where the raw footage is transformed into a polished final product. We combine video editing, background compositing, color correction, and sound design to create a cohesive and professional video. By integrating background plates of the CCA office, we maintain brand consistency while providing a seamless viewing experience. Additionally, we add motion graphics and branded elements to reinforce key points and make the content more engaging.

Equipment and Techniques Utilized

For these videos, we use two Sony cameras, the FX6 and FS9, to capture multiple angles, allowing for smooth transitions and a polished final product. We also incorporate professional lighting using Aputure 600 and 60 lights with modifiers to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals. A teleprompter is employed to help the CCA team focus on delivering their scripts confidently, which is essential given the dense content and statistics involved. To maintain complete control over the environment and avoid disrupting work at the CCA offices, we film on the green screen at Studio97. In post-production, we overlay custom graphics and use advanced video editing techniques to enhance the visual appeal, ensuring the final product meets CCA’s high standards for quality and professionalism.
